Terms for restaurants

These terms apply to restaurants using Eataaa. Guests use Eataaa for free and without an account.

The service

Eataaa turns your menu into a short recommendation experience for your guests, reached from a QR code. Eataaa does not take orders or payments for food.

Your menu and content

• You confirm you have the right to use the menus, logos and photos you upload, and you allow us to process and display them to your guests.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of your menu, prices, dietary and allergen information. Our AI suggestions are a starting point and may be wrong. Only information you confirm is shown to guests as allergen information, and guests are always asked to confirm with your staff.
• “Chef recommends” labels dishes you choose. “Guest favourite” is earned only from guest feedback. You may not ask us to present promoted dishes as guest favourites.

Plans and billing

• Free: €0, no card required. Plus: €19 per month or €180 per year, plus €12 per month (€144 per year) for each additional location. Prices exclude VAT where applicable.
• Plus renews automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime in the billing portal; Plus features remain until the end of the paid period, then your account moves to Free.
• Your QR codes keep working after a downgrade. If you delete your restaurant, its page and codes stop showing your menu.

Fair use

Plans include generous limits for menu imports, photos and languages. We may contact you about unusual usage. We never charge per scan, per table or per order.

Liability

We provide Eataaa with reasonable care. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
